Lambert Plant Hire & Groundworks is a small family business which prides itself on its level of service. Established in 1972, the business began with just one machine, and has been steadily built up to its current machine stock.

Based in Rutland, we provide an extensive range of services, which include:
Excavation of Footings, Drainage, Council Road Repairs, Landscaping, Utilities Services, Ditching for Farmers and Site Levelling, to name just a few!

All of our machines are operated by experienced and qualified drivers carrying the certificate of competence for plant operators.
We provide services to both business and domestic customers, we cover the Rutland area and also Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
Also available for hire are 2 mini diggers, of 1 tonne and 2 tonnes respectively. These are available on a self-drive or operated basis and come with a range of different sized buckets and a ditching blade.
Concrete breakers are available to hire with our whole range of diggers on request.
